“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31 (KJV)

May the Lord renew your strength,
May He refresh your soul,
May He comfort your spirit,
May He bless you with life;

When your throat becomes parched,
May He quench it with living water,

When your body fills with hunger,
May He offer you the bread of life;

When your step falters,
May He straighten your path,
When your breathing labors,

May He fill you with the breath of life;

When your hopes diminish,
May He redeem your faith,

When darkness surrounds you,
May He offer you the light of life;

When your earthly eyesight fades,
May He fix your gaze upon the eternal,
When your soul is freed of earthly burden,

May He feed you from the tree of life.
